Our Adult Ballet / Barre & PBT class blends the grace of ballet with the strength of barre and the core conditioning of Progressive Ballet Technique — a Pilates-based program designed to improve balance, posture, and flexibility.
This isn’t a “watch a 20-year-old model flex” kind of class. We’re real women with real lives and real bodies who still love to move, laugh, and feel strong together. Each week is a little different to keep things fresh — sometimes more ballet-based, sometimes more barre or PBT-focused — but always a fun, full-body workout that builds strength, tone, and confidence.
