At White Bluff Ballet & More, we offer a dynamic fusion of gymnastics and tumbling programs tailored just for your little one. Our facility in the heart of historic downtown White Bluff provides the perfect setting for students to master foundational gymnastic apparatus skills and refine acrobatic floor exercises. Led by experienced instructors, our classes not only instill physical prowess but also cultivate a love for movement, empowering participants to soar to new heights in both gymnastics and tumbling disciplines. Whether you have a budding gymnast or a child eager to explore tumbling, our classes are open to boys and girls aged 2-18.
What's the Difference between Gymnastics & Tumbling?
While both disciplines share foundational elements, gymnastics encompasses a broader spectrum of apparatus-based routines, including bars, balance beam, and vault. Tumbling, on the other hand, hones in on acrobatic floor exercises, emphasizing flips, rolls, and twists. Our expert instructors guide students through these distinct realms, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both gymnastics and tumbling techniques, fostering physical strength, agility, and the joy of movement in every participant.
Dress Code
All Gymnastics & Tumbling Classes are Co-Ed
For Ladies:
- Leotards of any color may be worn, but bottoms must be covered with athletic shorts or a biketard
- Hair must be pulled up
For Gentlemen:
- Basketball shorts and T-shirts are acceptable
- No rude or profane text/pictures are allowed
Any and all failure to adhere to the dress code will result in the student being asked to sit out of class with no refund!
Why is dress code so important?
First and foremost, safety. Students with incorrect equipment can injure themselves. Second, excellence and discipline. We believe in giving our best and being excellent in everything that we do. Dress Code reflects that attitude and mentality.
