What We Offer
This high-energy class blends the fundamentals of cheerleading with tumbling skills and clean technique. Students will learn proper cheer motions, counting, clapping, and voice projection, while also building strength, flexibility, and coordination through progressive tumbling drills. From cartwheels, backbends, round-offs, back hand springs and small stunts, our students gain confidence and skill in a safe, age-appropriate environment.
Perfect for beginners and aspiring cheerleaders, this class keeps things fun, focused, and full of spirit — all while respecting modesty and safety. Due to our studio’s structure, tumbling is capped at Level 4 skills, and stunts remain ground-based. No flying, flips, or partner tosses beyond safety protocols.
Whether your child is just starting out or already cheering on a squad, this class is a great way to build confidence, sharpen technique, and take tumbling skills to the next level!
Dress Code
All Cheer Classes are Co-Ed
For Ladies:
- Leotards of any color may be worn, but bottoms must be covered with athletic shorts or a biketard
- Attire must allow midriffs to remain covered at all times
- Hair must be pulled up
For Gentlemen:
- Athletic shorts and T-shirts are acceptable
- No rude or profane text/pictures are allowed
Any and all failure to adhere to the dress code will result in the student being asked to sit out of class with no refund!
Why is dress code so important?
First and foremost, safety. Students with incorrect equipment can injure themselves. Second, excellence and discipline. We believe in giving our best and being excellent in everything that we do. Dress Code reflects that attitude and mentality.
