What We Offer
Move & Groove is a fun and supportive dance and gymnastics class designed for kids who thrive in a more flexible, encouraging environment. In this class, students will explore movement, rhythm, balance, and coordination through creative dance and basic tumbling activities.
With a focus on confidence, communication, and joyful expression, Move & Groove offers a slower pace, smaller class sizes, and a sensory-considerate setting—making it a perfect fit for children who may benefit from a little extra patience and encouragement.
Whether it’s through playful dance routines, obstacle courses, or rhythm games, this class celebrates every child’s unique ability to shine and succeed at their own pace!
Dress Code
All Move & Groove Classes are Co-Ed
For Ladies:
- Leotards of any color may be worn, but bottoms must be covered with gymnastics shorts or a biketard
- Hair must be pulled up
For Gentlemen:
- Basketball shorts and T-shirts are acceptable
- No rude or profane text/pictures are allowed
Any and all failure to adhere to the dress code will result in the student being asked to sit out of class with no refund!
Why is dress code so important?
First and foremost, safety. Students with incorrect equipment can injure themselves. Second, excellence and discipline. We believe in giving our best and being excellent in everything that we do. Dress Code reflects that attitude and mentality.
